TIPPERARY HURLING STAR EOIN KELLY WINS BULMERS SPORTS PERSONALITY AWARD
Tipperary sporting hero, Eoin Kelly, picked up his Bulmers Original Cider and Today FM Sports Personality of the month award recently, to mark his achievement and dedication to sport. Described as one of the best and most prolific scorers in the game of hurling, scoring a remarkable 2-23 in Tipperary's two opening games against Limerick and Waterford in 2006, Eoin earned himself a place on the top ten list of all-time scoring greats.
The sports personality award is presented each month to one of four sports people who have been outstanding and dedicated to their sport, with €1,000 being donated to their nominated charity.
