BULMERS LIVE AT LEOPARDSTOWN

Racing Rocks at Leopardstown again this summer

Leopardstown Racecourse and Bulmers have announced the line-up for this year’s Bulmers Live at Leopardstown series. For eight Thursday nights this summer, Dublin’s only racecourse will combine the atmosphere of a boutique music festival with the best in horse racing, all for an unbeatable entry price of €15.

Fun Lovin’ Criminals, Mundy, Aslan, Duke Special, Paul Brady, Delorentos, Alabama 3, Sharon Shannon Big Band featuring Shane MacGowan all line-up to soundtrack this years series of summer nights out with a difference.

Orlaith Fortune, Marketing Manager at Bulmers said, “We are especially excited about the quality of live act on offer this year. The series offers a unique and hugely enjoyable night out at great value, and is something we are proud to be involved with for the second year running.”

Ciaran Conroy, Commercial Manager at Leopardstown said, “After the great success of Bulmers Live at Leopardstown last year, one of our ambitions for this year was to offer an even stronger music line-up. We feel this has been achieved and have invested in an even higher-end production to bring the summer festival feel back to the racecourse this summer.”

For €30 the Bulmers Summer Feast ticket includes admission, a long neck Bulmers Original, Light or Pear, a race card and options from the Summer Feast menu.

The Summer Buffet package, priced at €65, will be located in the Leopardstown Pavilion. This includes a three course buffet at a reserved table with a racing tipster on hand to advise on picking a winner.

Fun Lovin’ Criminals bring their unique brand of alternative hip hop/rock to Leopardstown on Thursday 10th June.

Troubadour, Mundy, brings his big band to rock the racecourse on Thursday, 17th June.

Ireland’s hardest working band, Aslan, appear on Thursday, 1st July. The boys were one of the highlights of last year’s series, making this one not to miss.

Duke Special is one of the country’s most unique and gifted songwriting talents and takes to the stage on Thursday, 8th July.

Singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, Paul Brady, appears on Thursday 15th July to remind us why he is one of Ireland’s most enduringly popular artists.

Delorentos are as critically acclaimed as they are beloved by music fans. The young Dubliners take to the stage in Leopardstown on Thursday, 22nd July.

Best known as the band responsible for the theme to The Sopranos, Alabama 3 showcase how much more they have to offer when they bring their alternative blues sound to Leopardstown on Thursday, 5th August.

Racing kicks off between 5.30pm and 6pm and finishes up in time for thelive music to start at 9pm. Leopardstown Racecourse is easy accessible from the Luas green line with dedicated shuttle buses running from the Sandyford stop. Leopardstown is located off exit 14 or exit 15 on the M50 southbound or exit 15 M50 northbound. Ample free parking is available on-site.
